One of the great advantages of the Remember wall panels is how realistic their finishes are. PR grade: highly realistic charred timber
Remember comes in PR grade (polyurethane + stone): a 3-5 mm face layer of stone-based polymer concrete that reproduces the texture, the grain and the character of charred timber so faithfully it is indistinguishable from the original, over a second layer of high-density polyurethane that provides thermal and acoustic insulation and keeps damp out. It weighs just 6-7 kg/m² and is tongue-and-groove, so it is fitted straight onto the existing surface, with no building work and without needing a professional. The size of the pieces makes it particularly suited to contract projects and large spaces. For interiors.

Types of retro decorative panel
Tresor panel: the antique chest of drawers as a wall
The Tresor panel reproduces a front of antique drawers and handles in deep relief, in three finishes: white crackle, rust crackle and Blanco Italia. Each panel covers 1.64 m² and its six versions can be combined freely, so the wall never repeats the same pattern however large the surface. It is the most recognisable model of the retro panels in the collection.
Fenster panel: windows from another age
Fenster recreates the timber windows of an old façade, with their frames, their mouldings and their wear. In the anthracite finish it makes a continuous front of real graphic strength, particularly suited to large walls that need a focal point with a past.
Shutter panel: timber shutters
Shutter draws on traditional louvred shutters, with their characteristic horizontal slats. Its relief creates an interplay of light and shadow that shifts with the light in the room through the day.
Little Burned: charred timber
Little Burned reproduces the texture of charred timber, with the open grain and the surface charring of the traditional burning technique. It gives a dark, warm, tactile backdrop and works well with both metal and natural timber.
Benefits of retro decorative panels
Realism without the original piece
The face layer is stone-based polymer concrete, cast from real pieces and coloured with iron oxides. The result keeps the character of the old —the crackle, the wear, the grain— without the drawbacks of reclaimed timber: no woodworm, no damp and none of the uncertainty of finding matching pieces to cover a whole project.
Light weight, fitted with no building work
The panel weighs between 6 and 7 kg/m², among the lightest in the range, and is jigsaw-style tongue-and-groove. It goes straight onto the existing surface, with no building work and no need for specialist labour, which cuts timescales and lets a working premises be refurbished with minimal closure.
Thermal and acoustic insulation
The second layer of the panel is open-cell high-density polyurethane, one of the best materials there is for insulation and sound absorption. Once fitted, the panel holds the temperature of the room better, improves overall acoustic insulation and keeps damp out.
Fire-resistant and maintenance-free
The panels are rated B-s1,d0 for reaction to fire under the Euroclass system, which matters in premises open to the public. They need no maintenance: no periodic treatments and no varnishing, as real old timber would require.
